This morning I found my daughter licking the bin. It has weighed heavily on my mind all morning; the germs, the fact I took my eye off her for a minute and the general vom-inducing grossness of the situation. It could be worse, it could have been the bog. But then I thought, she probably licks floors when I'm not looking, eats crumbs off the carpet and that's not to mention the other germ incubators she's snuffling with at Daycare. So, in the merry words of Frozen's multi-million pound-driving song, 'let it go'.
